POP MART is seeking an energetic Assistant Store Manager for Bondi Junction to lead a small retail team, coach team members, and ensure superb customer experiences. You’ll help with recruitment, onboarding, training, and sustaining a positive, high‑performing store culture in a fast‑moving global brand.

With a base salary around AUD 68,000+ and regular incentives, you’ll drive sales, monitor KPIs, support product launches, manage rosters, and uphold store standards while delivering memorable

Qualifications

• Experienced in retail leadership (Assistant Store Manager, Supervisor or 2IC).
• Strong coaching and team development skills.
• KPI-driven mindset with ability to analyze store performance.
• Flexible availability including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
