Job summary

Pandora Australia is seeking a Store Manager to lead our flagship team on the shop floor, delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and upholding Pandora's brand values across the store.

You will coach an Assistant Store Manager and Retail Assistants, shape store culture, oversee visual merchandising, and partner with HR to manage performance. The role rewards proactive leadership and a passion for jewellery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as a Store Manager in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
• Commercially minded with strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Proven ability to build, develop, and retain high-performing teams.
• Passionate about delivering results and creating exceptional customer experiences.

The Store Manager is the ultimate Pandora ambassador. In this role, you’ll immerse yourself in our brand, culture, and product range, taking real pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll spend quality time on the shop floor, engaging with customers and working alongside your team to drive results.
