Job summary

Pandora A/S is seeking a Store Manager for the Newcastle area to lead the store team and champion the brand on the shop floor. You will drive customer-centric service, coach a team of Retail Assistants, and partner with management to achieve results.

You will create an engaging store culture, manage visual merchandising, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while meeting sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Store Manager in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
• Commercially minded with strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Proven ability to build, develop, and retain high-performing teams.

About the Role

The Store Manager is the ultimate Pandora ambassador. In this role, you'll immerse yourself in our brand, culture, and product range, taking real pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll spend quality time on the shop floor, engaging with customers and working alongside your team to drive results. You'll also lead, coach, and develop an Assistant Store Manager and a team of Retail Assistants.
