Job summary

Pandora in Western Australia is seeking a Store Manager to immerse themselves in our brand, culture and product range, delivering exceptional customer experiences on the shop floor and driving results with your team.

You will lead, coach, and develop an Assistant Store Manager and Retail Assistants, while collaborating with HR and the Divisional Sales Manager to manage performance and store operations. A passion for jewellery and customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as a Store Manager in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
• Commercially minded with strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Proven ability to build, develop, and retain high-performing teams.
• Passionate about delivering results and creating exceptional customer experiences.

The Store Manager is the ultimate Pandora ambassador. In this role, you’ll immerse yourself in our brand, culture, and product range, taking real pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll spend quality time on the shop floor, engaging with customers and working alongside your team to drive results. You’ll also lead, coach, and develop an Assistant Store Manager and a team of Retail Assistants.
