Pandora A/S is seeking a Store Manager who will be the brand ambassador on the shop floor, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving team performance. You will lead and coach a team, ensuring high standards in service, merchandising, and daily operations.

You will spend time on the shop floor, engage with customers, and work with leadership to exceed sales targets while developing staff and maintaining brand integrity across the store.

• 3+ years of experience as a Store Manager in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
• Commercially minded with strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Proven ability to build, develop, and retain high-performing teams.

About the Role
The Store Manager is the ultimate Pandora ambassador. In this role, you’ll immerse yourself in our brand, culture, and product range, taking real pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll spend quality time on the shop floor, engaging with customers and working alongside your team to drive results. You’ll also lead, coach, and develop an Assistant Store Manager and a team of Retail Assistants.
