Job summary

Pandora A/S is seeking a Store Manager to be the flagship ambassador on the shop floor, driving customer experiences and leading a team of retail staff. You’ll collaborate with leadership to ensure outstanding service and consistent brand standards.

You’ll manage performance, coach your team, and push for sales growth while maintaining visual merchandising excellence and store operations. A passion for jewelry and customer care is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as a Store Manager in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
• Commercially minded with strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Proven ability to build, develop, and retain high-performing teams.
• Passionate about delivering results and creating exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

The Store Manager is the ultimate Pandora ambassador. In this role, you’ll immerse yourself in our brand, culture, and product range, taking real pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll spend quality time on the shop floor, engaging with customers and working alongside your team to drive results. You’ll also lead, coach, and develop an Assistant Store Manager and a team of Retail Assistants.
