Job summary

Pandora is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high‑performing team on the shop floor, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales.

You’ll coach an Assistant Store Manager and Retail Assistants, develop talent, and partner with HR to address performance while ensuring brand standards, visual merchandising, and smooth operations across the store.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a results‑driven Store Manager (3–5 years) in a high‑performance retail environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to connect and engage with people at all levels.
• Sharp business acumen and analytical thinking, with a track record of delivering positive results.
• A talent for attracting, developing, and retaining high‑performing teams, with a focus on succession planning and internal growth.
