Job summary

Pandora Jewellery is hiring a Store Manager to lead our team on the shop floor, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving results. You will coach an Assistant Store Manager and a team of Retail Assistants while embodying Pandora’s brand and values.

You will focus on coaching, performance management, and high-quality customer service, while managing store operations, visual merchandising, and daily processes to exceed targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience as a Store Manager in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
• Commercially minded with strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Proven ability to build, develop, and retain high-performing teams.
• Passionate about delivering results and creating exceptional customer experiences.
