Job summary

Ampol Limited is seeking a Store Manager in Cairns to lead store teams, deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive store performance. You will manage inventory, merchandising, and operating standards while ensuring safety and compliance.

The role is a 12‑month full‑time contract with on‑site responsibilities and a focus on commercial outcomes. The successful candidate will bring retail leadership, people development, and strong customer service skills, with a track record of balancing

As a Store Manager you will;
