Job summary

Universal Store is seeking a passionate, creative, and driven Store Manager to lead operations in a fast-paced youth fashion retail environment in Sydney. You will manage a Tuesday–Saturday roster, including late nights, and drive a culture that delivers outstanding customer experiences.

As Store Manager, you will coach a medium to large team, optimise store profitability, lead from the front, and uphold the brand values across all store activities.

Qualifications

• Strong retail background across shop floor and stockroom.
• Proven experience as Store Manager leading medium to large teams.
• Energetic communicator who leads with positivity and purpose.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
