Forever New Clothing Pty Limited is seeking a Store Manager for our new Rouse Hill store in New South Wales. You will lead a team, drive sales, coach staff, and maintain exceptional customer service in a fast-paced fashion retail environment.

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will shape the store's performance, develop your leadership skills through training, and foster strong relationships with your team and customers, while embracing Forever New's fashion-forward culture.

Qualifications

• You have retail store management experience.
• Proven ability to achieve sales, wages and targets.
• Passion for coaching and leading teams.
• Exposure to performance management.
• Strong communicator with a focus on customer service.
• Able to execute rosters.
• Experience with visual merchandising.
• Willing to work late nights, public holidays and weekends.
• Understanding of fashion and trends.
• Love Forever New.
