Outback Stores seeks experienced Single & Management Couples to join our Relief Management Team, supporting store operations across remote locations. You will lead teams, manage stock, merchandising, and customer service while collaborating with communities.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in supermarket retail, strong leadership and rostering skills, and a passion for healthy communities. This is a remote Australian role requiring local presence where stores operate.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in supermarket/RMCG retail
• Proven leadership and mentoring experience
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Experience with rostering, staff allocation and budgets
• Culturally aware and collaborative across teams
• Tech-savvy with ability to learn new software quickly
• Must have unrestricted Australian working rights

We are seeking passionate single & management couples to join our dynamic team in one of our remote locations. This is not just a job- it’s an adventure! You’ll have the chance to work side by side, share your retail expertise, and collaborate closely with community while exploring some of Australia’s most isolated locations.

You will play a vital role in supporting the health and wellbeing of the local community while upholding the store’s commercial performance and reputation.

• Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, stock control, merchandising, and staff supervision
• Provide effective leadership and mentoring to in-store teams, fostering a collaborative and culturally respectful environment
• Ensure compliance with Food Safety Standards, WHS, and company policies

• Supermarket Retail Expertise: A minimum of 3 years in retail or fast-moving consumer goods within a supermarket environment.
