Spotlight Ltd in Sydney seeks an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver outstanding customer service. You will drive sales growth, manage catalogue campaigns, and uphold store standards across merchandising and stock control.

The role requires strong leadership, multi-tasking, and a passion for coaching others, with a focus on achieving KPI targets and delivering an exceptional in-store experience.

Qualifications

• Strong retail store management experience preferred.
• Time management & multi-tasking ability.
• Visual merchandising and activity set-up experience.
• Physically capable to work large volumes of stock.
• Having an owner's mindset for your store.
• A passionate attitude that inspires your Team.
• A resilient & innovative problem solver.
• Ability to review and action reporting (sales, top sellers, P&L, etc.).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• IT competency.
• First Aid certified or willing to be trained (fully funded).
