Spotlight Retail Group in Melbourne is seeking an experienced store leader to coordinate the full employee lifecycle and drive exceptional customer service, sales growth, and KPI performance.

You will build a high-performing team, manage stock, merchandising, and store standards, while leading initiative-led campaigns and delivering results for Spotlight, Anaconda, and Harris Scarfe.

Qualifications

• Strong retail store management experience is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume stock and set pace.
• Experience with visual merchandising and store standards.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Strong retail store management experience preferred
• Time management & multi-tasking ability
• Visual merchandising and activity set-up experience
• Physically capable to work large volumes of stock and set the pace
• Having an owner's mindset for your store
• A passionate attitude that inspires your Team
• A resilient & innovative problem solver
• Ability to review and action reporting (sales, top sellers, P&L, etc.)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• IT competency
• First Aid certified or willing to be trained (fully funded)
