Job summary

Bevmarks is seeking a Store Manager for its Moorabbin showroom in Victoria. Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service in a premium showroom environment.

You will oversee daily operations, including opening/closing, inventory, and visual merchandising. You’ll train and mentor staff, tailor leadership styles to individuals, and use storytelling to qualify customer needs and drive confident recommendations.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in retail sales environments.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong customer service orientation and rapport-building skills.
• Experience supervising a sales team and coordinating store operations.
