Job summary

Icon By Design seeks a Store Leader to run our Moore Park showroom, delivering a superb customer experience and commercial results. You will lead a high-performing team, manage rosters and payroll, and maintain visual presentation with a hands-on approach.

The role emphasizes sales leadership, clienteling, and collaboration with Marketing to drive foot traffic and events, while aligning with safety and operational standards. Strong KPI focus is essential.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years' experience in retail store management or equivalent leadership role.
• Track record of driving sales and leading teams.
• Solid understanding of retail KPIs, operations and scheduling.
• Comfortable with POS systems, CRM tools and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Customer Experience and Marketing on campaigns and events that drive foot traffic and sales.
• Manage inventory accuracy and coordinate with Supply Chain & Logistics on customer deliveries.

As Store Leader, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of our Moore Park showroom, delivering a seamless and inspiring customer experience that reflects our brand values - wow your customer, be open minded, be committed, do more with less, be humble. This role blends sales leadership, people management, operational excellence and visual merchandising to drive strong commercial results while building a positive, high-performance team culture.

As Store Leader your main responsibilities are:

Lead by example to deliver a world-class customer experience, in-store and post-purchase.

To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need

5–10 years' experience in retail store management or an equivalent leadership role (furniture/homewares preferred).

A track record of driving sales, leading teams and delivering exceptional customer service.

Solid understanding of retail KPIs, operations and scheduling.

Comfortable with POS systems, CRM tools and Google Workspace.

Energetic, self-motivated and enjoys a hands-on retail environment.

Organised, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.
