Bevmarks, a leading Australian retailer, is seeking a Store Manager for the Craigieburn showroom in Victoria. You will lead a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

In this role you will oversee day-to-day operations, including opening/closing, inventory management and visual merchandising, and you will train and mentor staff to sharpen their sales skills. Prior furniture/bedding experience is not required.

As a Store Manager, you will:

• Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and surpass sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.
• Oversee day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
• Train, mentor, and support sales staff, helping them refine their sales skills and achieve individual and team targets.
• Quickly establish trust and credibility with customers and team members, fostering a positive and productive store environment.
• Tailor your leadership approach to suit different team members and customer types, ensuring effective and personalized interactions.
• Qualify customers to understand their needs and wants, influencing through storytelling and confident recommendations
• Drive onboarding activities and training programs for new staff members joining the showroom.
• Experience in furniture and bedding is not necessary
