Job summary

Bevmarks is seeking a Store Manager for its Moorabbin showroom in Victoria. Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service in a premium showroom environment.

You will oversee daily operations, including opening/closing, inventory, and visual merchandising. You’ll train and mentor staff, tailor leadership styles to individuals, and use storytelling to qualify customer needs and drive confident recommendations.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in retail sales environments.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong customer service orientation and rapport-building skills.
• Experience supervising a sales team and coordinating store operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and surpass sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.
• Oversee day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
• Train, mentor, and support sales staff to refine their skills and achieve individual and team targets.
• Establish trust and credibility with customers and team members to foster a positive store environment.
• Tailor leadership approach to suit different team members and customer types for effective interactions.
• Qualify customers to understand needs and guide recommendations through storytelling.
• Drive onboarding activities and training programs for new staff joining the showroom.
