Job summary

Bevilles in Queensland is seeking a Manager in Training to work with the Store Manager, coaching a sales team and delivering exceptional in-store experiences. You’ll be hands-on in day-to-day operations, driving KPIs, and helping create a vibrant, high-performing team culture.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail, sales or customer service experience.
• Experience in a team leadership, supervisory or mentoring capacity.
• A love of coaching others to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager with team leadership, coaching, and performance.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through storytelling and product expertise.
• Achieve personal sales targets while guiding the team to meet store goals.
• Champion the brand through impeccable visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Contribute to stock control, cash handling, rostering, compliance and store audits.
• Creating a safe, inclusive, and inspiring workplace for your team and customers.
• Leading by example in customer service, professionalism, and personal presentation.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting the Store Manager with team leadership, coaching, and performance

What We’re Looking For:

You’re passionate about people, performance, and jewellery. You lead from the front, thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment, and know how to inspire a team.

• 1–3 years of retail, sales or customer service experience
• Experience in a team leadership, supervisory or mentoring capacity
• A love of coaching others to succeed
• A flair for storytelling and building genuine customer connections
• Ability to work within a Sunday – Thursday roster
• A strong sense of accountability, professionalism, and personal pride
