Job summary

Bevilles in Queensland is seeking an ambitious Regional Manager to lead our 7-store network and drive sustainable growth across the region. You’ll combine strong leadership with commercial acumen, coaching store teams to achieve targets and deliver outstanding customer experience.

Using data-driven insights, you’ll shape regional strategy, develop talent, and build succession plans while managing performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in fast-paced KPI-driven environment.
• Experience leading, coaching and developing geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in metrics and reporting.
• Track record of improving performance through training and development.
• Ability to identify and grow talent and build succession across region.
• Demonstrated engagement and influencing outcomes.
• Current Australian driver's licence and the ability to travel domestically.

Responsibilities

With 7 Stores across Queensland, supported by a strong network of experienced Store Managers, you'll be pivotal in driving our strategy.

You’ll combine strong leadership with commercial acumen, coaching teams to succeed while identifying opportunities to improve performance. Through data-driven insights and a deep understanding of the business, you’ll help shape strategy, accelerate growth and deliver sustainable results across the region
