The Opportunity

Universal Store is seeking a passionate, creative, and driven retail leader to step into the Store Manager role. This opportunity suits someone who thrives on leading from the front, building strong store culture, and creating standout customer experiences. The successful candidate will work a Tuesday–Saturday roster, including late‑night trade and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day store operations with a strong and visible floor presence


• Inspire, coach, and develop a large, diverse team to build future leaders


• Deliver outstanding customer experiences in line with Universal Store service standards


• Drive sales performance and store profitability through strong cost and productivity management
