The successful candidate will work a Tuesday–Saturday roster, including late‑night trade, and drive performance, culture, and profitability with strong leadership and clear, constructive feedback.

Qualifications

• Strong retail background with hands-on experience across both shop floor and stockroom.
• Proven experience as a Store Manager, leading medium to large teams.
• A warm, energetic communicator who leads with positivity and purpose.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• High attention to detail with a strong understanding of retail profitability.
• Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Confident in delivering feedback and communicating effectively at all levels.
