InStitchu is recruiting a Showroom Manager for our Perth CBD showroom. Lead a high-performing team of Stylists, drive sales and deliver the premium, personalised customer experience that defines the InStitchu brand.

You will own the day-to-day showroom success, coach staff, manage operations and build long-term client relationships while representing a luxury tailoring label known for its craftsmanship and technology-led approach.

We're looking for an experienced and commercially minded Showroom Manager to lead our Perth CBD showroom.

This is an exciting opportunity for a confident retail leader who loves people, fashion, sales and creating exceptional customer experiences.

The Role

As Showroom Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day success of the Perth CBD showroom.

You'll lead, coach and develop a team of Stylists while ensuring every customer receives the personalised, high-touch experience InStitchu is known for.

You'll be responsible for both people and performance - driving sales, managing showroom operations and creating a culture where your team is motivated to deliver outstanding results.

You'll be responsible for:

Leading, coaching and developing a team of Stylists to achieve individual and showroom targets.

Driving sales performance, KPIs, conversion and customer retention.

Creating a premium and personalised customer experience from the initial consultation through to garment collection.

Building genuine relationships with customers and developing long-term client loyalty.

Managing customer appointments, consultations, measurements, garment design and order processing.

Overseeing showroom operations, presentation, standards and daily administration.

Managing customer follow-up and ensuring every client receives proactive and exceptional communication.

Handling customer feedback and resolving concerns with professionalism and a solutions-focused approach.

Monitoring team performance and providing regular coaching, feedback and support.

Creating a positive, energetic and accountable showroom culture.

Representing the InStitchu brand and ensuring our luxury customer experience is consistently delivered.

About You

We're looking for a natural leader who is commercially driven, highly organised and genuinely passionate about people.

You don't necessarily need a background in tailoring or fashion - what matters most is your ability to lead a team, build relationships and deliver exceptional results.

You'll ideally have:

Previous experience managing a retail, hospitality or customer-focused team.

A strong track record of achieving sales and performance targets.

A genuine passion for customer experience and relationship building.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong commercial awareness and confidence interpreting KPIs and performance results.

The ability to coach and motivate a team while holding people accountable.

Exceptional organisation and attention to detail.

A polished personal presentation and a strong sense of style.

The ability to remain calm, positive and solutions-focused in challenging situations.

Confidence working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

A natural ability to anticipate customer needs and create memorable experiences.

A background in fashion, luxury retail, styling or design is highly regarded, but not essential.
