Ampol in Townsville seeks a Store Manager to lead a busy store, treating each location as your own and delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will manage teams, coach performers, and ensure inventory accuracy, visual merchandising, and high operational standards.

The role requires strong leadership, safety compliance, financial acumen, and a passion for exceptional service. A six-week on-site training program supports your success and integration into the Ampol team.

Formación

• Retail management experience with a people-focused leadership style.
• Coaching and team development skills.

• Proficiency with POS systems and operating technology.
• Strong organizational, safety, compliance and financial acumen, plus customer service excellence.
