Ampol Limited is seeking a Store Manager to lead a store and deliver outstanding one‑stop‑shop experiences for customers in Queensland. You will treat each location as your own, driving excellence and cost‑effective operations.

We value collaborative leadership, strong coaching, inventory management, and a focus on safety and compliance. 6 weeks of on‑site training supports your success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management with a people‑focused leadership style.
• Strong coaching, team development and inclusive culture.
• Proven inventory management, visual merchandising and operational standards.
• Sound judgement with a solutions‑focused approach and proficiency with POS/operational tech.
• Strong organisational skills, safety focus, financial acumen and customer service history.

As a Store Manager you will;

You will have the following skills and experience;

• Proven ability in inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining operational standards.
• Sound judgement with a solutions‑focused approach and confidence in using POS and operational technology.
• Strong organisational skills, commitment to safety and compliance, financial acumen, and a history of delivering exceptional customer service.

Salary range between $67,000 to $82,000(plus allowances) based on experience.
