Job summary

You will work across multiple departments and collaborate with global teams while ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently. The role requires strong leadership, retail experience, and the ability to manage stock, pricing, and loyalty programs.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• Minimum educational qualification: A Level or Diploma or higher preferred
• Minimum 5 years of total retail experience; store manager experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency in English; additional languages a plus
• Able to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends and public holidays
• Proven ability to manage stock, pricing, markdowns and customer service

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to deliver exceptional consumer experience and sales growth
• Drive performance metrics across sales, service and visual standards
• Utilize analytics and reporting to identify opportunities and actions
• Oversee visual presentation, stock flow, replenishment and standard operating procedures
• Foster an inclusive, growth-focused team culture and internal talent development
• Coordinate daily activities, delegate tasks, and ensure timely follow-up
• Collaborate with other departments and corporate partners to support business goals
• Support retail operations such as POS usage, stock handling, pricing strategies and loyalty programs
• Ensure asset protection, inventory controls, and compliance procedures
