Job summary

Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Team Leader in Adelaide to play a key role in delivering exceptional consumer experiences on the shop floor.

You will support opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and ensure the store is business ready daily, while driving sales and upholding brand standards. You’ll lead by example, collaborate with management, and help foster a positive team culture, ensuring high service standards across departments and staying informed about new product launches and brand

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of retail experience with a preference for candidates with prior store leadership roles.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Flexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours, with regular attendance and punctuality essential functions of this position.
• Desire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our C.H.A.R.M service model.
• Actively champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns, while consistently demonstrating the core values of Crocs, Inc.
• Assist in all store departments including POS, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations to create a seamless shopping experience.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, collaborating with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal and team sales goals.
