Job summary

• Minimum 18+ years old.
• At least A Level / SSCE / Diploma or above preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of total retail experience with store leadership preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and email; able to operate POS system.
• Willingness to learn and drive sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to customers using CROCS service model.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures.
