Qualifications

• Minimum 18+ years old.
• Total retail experience 4+ years; store leadership preferred.
• Proven leadership and communication abilities.
• Flexibility to work nights, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
• Able to operate retail POS system and basic computer tasks.

Responsabilités

• Deliver outstanding service using Crocs CHARM model.
• Lead and support store team to meet daily sales targets.
• Coordinate, delegate, and track store deadlines with follow-up.
• Assist in multiple departments including product knowledge, visual presentation, and stock room management.
• Manage POS, stock replenishment, pricing, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Adhere to asset protection and inventory control policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and recovery standards.
• Lead by example to improve personal and team KPIs.
