Job summary

Metcash Limited is seeking a Store Manager for our Turramurra store in Sydney’s north-west. This hands-on leadership role focuses on building a high-performing team, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and strengthening community ties through proactive store management.

You’ll coach staff, lead by example, and ensure operational excellence across sales, service and community engagement. Flexibility to work weekends and across locations supports business growth and team development.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or retail leader, with a track record of driving team and store success.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, engage and develop high performing teams.
• A genuine passion for retail and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with customers, teams and stakeholders.

• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and the local community to drive store success
• Take ownership of store operations, sales performance and delivery of key business objectives
