Job summary

GAZMAN is seeking a Store Manager for our Double Bay team in New South Wales. You will lead a high-performing staff, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive store standards and culture.

This role demands hands-on leadership, strong merchandising focus, and a commitment to developing the team while delivering sales growth. Availability Tuesday to Saturday, 38 hours per week, and a supportive, family-style work environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Hands-on, people-first leader with a genuine passion for retail and team development.
• Previous store management experience in retail, hospitality or customer service.
• Confident, values-led communicator who leads by example and thrives in a customer-focused environment.
• Great visual merchandising skills and an eye for presentation.
