Spotlight is seeking a hands-on Store Manager to lead a high-performing team in Sydney. You will drive sales growth, manage stock, and elevate the in-store experience through effective visual merchandising and rigorous KPI tracking.

Responsibilities include coordinating the full employee life cycle, launching catalogue campaigns, and maintaining store standards while delivering exceptional customer service. A proactive owner’s mindset and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Visual merchandising and activity set-up experience
• Physically capable to work large volumes of stock and set the pace
• Having an owner's mindset for your store
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to review and action reporting (sales, top sellers, P&L, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full employee life cycle
