General Pants is seeking a Store Manager in Erina, NSW to lead a high-performing team and bring the GP brand to life on the shop floor. You will own store performance, drive commercial results and mentor the next generation of GP leaders from within.

You'll steer customer experiences, manage rostering and budgets, and ensure compliance with brand policies to maintain an exceptional in-store environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a retail management role with a proven track record of delivering sales results and hitting KPIs.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing P&L, wage budgets, rostering and store operations.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Passion for driving a customer-first culture and delivering an exceptional in-store experience.

Responsabilités

• Drive a high-performance sales culture that consistently delivers results and KPI targets.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-calibre team, identifying talent and creating clear pathways for progression.
• Take ownership of store operations, including rostering, wage budgets and P&L.
• Oversee visual merchandising execution and store walkthroughs to keep product placement on-brand.
• Manage customer experiences and resolve issues with empathy, delivering an exceptional in-store experience.
• Ensure team compliance with GP and Alquemie Group policies, including loss prevention, stock management and security standards.
