Job summary

General Pants in Queensland's Sunshine Plaza is seeking a Store Manager to lead the GP brand on the shop floor. You will own store performance, coach a high-performing team and ensure an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll drive KPI results, oversee rostering, wage budgets and P&L, and mentor the next generation of GP leaders from within the store. This is a full-time permanent role at Sunshine Plaza, 4558.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a retail management role.
• Experience managing P&L, wage budgets, rostering and store operations.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong customer-first culture and exceptional in-store experience.

Responsibilities

• Driving a high-performance sales culture that consistently delivers results and KPI targets.
• Leading, coaching and developing a high-calibre team, identifying talent and creating clear pathways for progression.
• Taking full ownership of store operations, including rostering, wage budgets and P&L.
• Overseeing VM execution and leading regular store walkthroughs to keep product placement commercial and on-brand.
• Managing customer experiences and resolving issues with empathy, delivering an exceptional in-store experience.
• Ensuring team compliance with GP and Alquemie Group policies, including loss prevention, stock management and security standards.
