General Pants is seeking an experienced Multi-Site Manager to lead two stores—Erina and Green Hills—driving sales and delivering an exceptional in-store experience. You will coach high-performing teams, manage rosters and payroll, and ensure brand standards across both sites.

You will split your time between Erina and Green Hills, maintaining leadership presence, while building talent pipelines and delivering cohesive customer service. A current driver’s license is required.

• Strong commercial awareness with KPI, wage budget, and store operations experience.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop teams in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Excellent organisation and time management skills to balance two stores.
• Genuine passion for delivering an exceptional, customer-first experience.
• Current driver’s licence and reliable transport to travel between Erina and Green Hills stores.

Multi-Site Manager | General Pants Erina & Green Hills

General Pants is one of Australia and New Zealand’s most iconic fashion retailers, and we’re looking for an experienced retail leader to step into a Multi-Site Manager role overseeing our Erina and Green Hills stores. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, results-driven retailer ready to take full ownership of two stores and bring the GP brand to life across both locations.

In this role, you’ll lead day-to-day operations across both sites, driving performance and delivering a strong in-store experience. You’ll set the pace on the floor, build high-performing teams, and make sure both stores operate consistently to GP standards.
