Job summary

General Pants is seeking a Multi-Site Manager to oversee Erina and Green Hills stores on the NSW Central Coast. You will drive performance and deliver a best-in-class in-store experience across two locations.

You\'ll lead two high-performing teams, manage rostering and wage budgets, and ensure VM execution and brand standards are consistently applied across both sites.

Multi-Site Manager | General Pants Erina & Green Hills

General Pants is one of Australia and New Zealand's most iconic fashion retailers, and we're looking for an experienced retail leader to step into a Multi-Site Manager role overseeing our Erina and Green Hills stores. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, results-driven retailer ready to take full ownership of two stores and bring the GP brand to life across both locations.

In this role, you'll lead day-to-day operations across both sites, driving performance and delivering a strong in-store experience. You'll set the pace on the floor, build high-performing teams, and make sure both stores operate consistently to GP standards.

What You Will Be Doing

• Driving both teams to achieve sales targets, KPI goals and wage budgets in line with GP expectations
• Leading, coaching and developing high-calibre teams across both stores, identifying talent and creating clear pathways for progression
• Taking full ownership of rostering and wage budgets to ensure the right coverage at each site
• Splitting your time between Erina and Green Hills to maintain a strong leadership presence in both stores
• Leading store walkthroughs and VM execution to keep product placement commercial and on brand
• Delivering exceptional customer experience, resolving issues with empathy and care
• Taking ownership of store operations across both sites, including payroll, timecards, stock management and compliance with GP and Alquemie Group policies

What We're Looking For

• Experience in a retail store management role, with a proven track record of delivering sales results (multi-site experience is highly regarded)
• Strong commercial awareness, with experience across KPIs, wage budgets and store operations
• A proven ability to lead, coach and develop teams in a fast-paced retail environment
• Excellent organisation and time management skills to balance the needs of two stores
• A genuine passion for delivering an exceptional, customer-first experience
• A current driver's licence and reliable transport to travel between stores
