Job summary

General Pants is seeking a Store Manager for our Sunshine Plaza store in Maroochydore. Lead a high-performing team on the shop floor and bring the GP brand to life through exceptional customer experiences.

You will own store performance, drive KPI results, manage P&L and wage budgets, oversee rostering and VM execution, and mentor the next generation of GP leaders from within to sustain growth and a customer-first culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a retail management role with a proven track record of delivering sales results and hitting KPIs.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing P&L, wage budgets, rostering and store operations.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Genuine passion for driving a customer-first culture and delivering an exceptional in-store experience.

Responsibilities

• Driving a high-performance sales culture that consistently delivers results and KPI targets.
• Leading, coaching and developing a high-calibre team, identifying talent and creating clear pathways for progression.
• Taking full ownership of store operations, including rostering, wage budgets and P&L
• Overseeing VM execution and leading regular store walkthroughs to keep product placement commercial and on-brand
• Managing customer experiences and resolving issues with empathy, delivering an exceptional in-store experience
• Ensuring team compliance with GP and Alquemie Group policies, including loss prevention, stock management and security standards
