General Pants is seeking a Store Manager to lead our Eastland store, driving sales, coaching a high-performing team and bringing the GP brand to life on the shop floor.

You will own store performance, manage rostering, wage budgets and P&L, oversee VM, and ensure an exceptional in-store experience while upholding GP and Alquemie Group policies.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a retail management role with a proven track record of delivering sales results and hitting KPIs
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing P&L, wage budgets, rostering and store operations
• A proven ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced retail environment
• A genuine passion for driving a customer-first culture and delivering an exceptional in-store experience

• Ensuring team compliance with GP and Alquemie Group policies, including loss prevention, stock management and security standards

About the Role

General Pants is one of Australia and New Zealand’s most iconic fashion retailers, and we’re looking for a driven Store Manager to lead the team and bring the GP brand to life in our Eastland store. As Store Manager, you’ll take full ownership of your store’s performance, leading a high-performing team and creating an environment where every customer interaction counts. You’ll set the pace on the floor, drive commercial results, and build the next generation of GP leaders from within.
