e&s, part of the JB Hi-Fi Group, is seeking a Store Manager to own a high-performing showroom in Hobart. You’ll lead a passionate team, drive sales and ensure exceptional customer experiences in kitchen, bathroom and laundry design.

Responsibilities

• Lead the showroom's day-to-day operations and overall performance.
• Develop and inspire a high-performing sales and support team.
• Drive sales, service and operational excellence to hit targets.
• Ensure a seamless customer journey from consultation to installation.
• Oversee inventory, orders, supplier coordination and showroom presentation.
• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Create a positive, accountable, high-energy culture.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience.
