Job summary

JB Hi-Fi Group is recruiting a Store Manager to lead a high-performing showroom in Hobart. You’ll drive commercial outcomes, elevate the customer journey and coach a passionate team to deliver outstanding service in kitchen, bathroom and laundry solutions.

You will influence store culture, manage operations and inventory, and collaborate with suppliers while delivering initiatives that boost sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in retail or showroom environments.
• Strong commercial acumen with track record of sales and operations.
• Hands-on leader who sets clear expectations and leads from the front.

Responsibilities

Job Description

Join e&s as a Store Manager and take full ownership of a high-performing showroom environment. You’ll lead a passionate team, drive commercial performance and ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience when designing their kitchen, bathroom or laundry.

This is a key leadership role where you’ll set the tone for culture, performance and customer experience. We’ll support you with strong training, systems and a collaborative leadership team, along with a competitive remuneration package and genuine career progression opportunities.

This role involves:
