JB Hi-Fi Group is recruiting a Store Manager to lead a high-performing showroom in Hobart. You’ll drive commercial outcomes, elevate the customer journey and coach a passionate team to deliver outstanding service in kitchen, bathroom and laundry solutions.

You will influence store culture, manage operations and inventory, and collaborate with suppliers while delivering initiatives that boost sales and customer satisfaction.

• Proven leadership in retail or showroom environments.
• Strong commercial acumen with track record of sales and operations.
• Hands-on leader who sets clear expectations and leads from the front.
• Ability to coach, develop and elevate team performance.
• Strong problem-solving; balance people, processes and performance.
• High energy, resilience in a fast-paced setting with good communication.

Responsabilités

• Lead overall showroom performance and day-to-day operations.
• Develop, coach and inspire a high-performing sales and support team.
• Drive sales, service and operations to achieve store targets.
• Ensure a seamless customer journey from consultation to installation and follow-up.
• Oversee inventory, orders, supplier coordination, and showroom presentation.
• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
