Job summary

T2 Tea in Australia is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join its passionate retail team. In this role, you will support the Store Manager with daily store operations, lead the team on shift, and ensure the store delivers exceptional customer experiences.

You will coach staff, drive sales, manage stock and visuals, and provide training on customer service, product knowledge and operations. Regular Sunday work is required and a friendly, inclusive culture awaits.

• Willing to work Sundays.

About The Role

• Assist the Store Manager with the day-to-day management of the retail store with leading the team, visual merchandising, managing deliveries and stock.
• Coach the team to deliver exceptional experiences for our customer to shop seamlessly throughout the store.
• Support the Store Manager to achieve budgeted sales and manage controllable costs for the store.
• Lead the store and team in absence of a Store Manager on duty.
• Support the training of the team in customer service, product knowledge and operational responsibilities.
• Encourage development with the team by providing timely feedback.
• Regular Sunday work is required for this role.

About You

• Passionate and motivated to deliver results and will confidently support your manager and team.
• Have great communication skills, strong time management and organisational skills.
• Previous team leader, key holder or management experience is advantageous.
