• Ensure high standards of customer service and handle escalated issues.
• Maintain store presentation and implement promotional activities.
• Implement loss prevention and WHS compliance procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, staff rostering, and coordination
• Supervise, train, and lead retail staff to ensure efficient performance
• Manage store financial performance including profit and loss, budgeting, and cost control
• Set, monitor, and achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of staff
• Conduct staff performance reviews and manage workplace issues in line with company policies
• Oversee inventory control, stock ordering, and stocktake processes
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely stock availability
• Ensure high standards of customer service and handle escalated customer issues
• Maintain store presentation and implement promotional activities
• Implement loss prevention and store security procedures
• Ensure compliance with Work Health and Safety (WHS) and company policies

Requirements

• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in a retail management or supervisory role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage store operations, staff, and sales performance
• Ability to meet sales targets and manage day-to-day retail operations
• Previous experience and knowledge of mobile phones, telecommunications products, mobile plans, and related services is highly preferred
