Morgan’s IGA Supermarkets is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a team and drive store performance at one of our large IGA supermarkets. You will be responsible for daily operations, staffing, and ensuring top‑tier customer service.

You will manage budgets, KPIs, and compliance while fostering a community‑focused store culture. A proactive, hands‑on leader will thrive in our established, locally owned business.

About the Role

As Store Manager, you will have full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the store. You’ll lead by example, inspire your team, and ensure the store consistently meets sales, service, and operational standards.
