Jones Retail Group in Cleveland, QLD, is seeking an experienced Delicatessen Manager to lead our deli team and uphold top food safety, presentation and customer service standards. You will drive daily operations, stock management, and in-store promotions to deliver a memorable Fresh. Local.

The Role:

Located in Cleveland, the Delicatessen Manager is responsible for the day to day management of the deli department and must ensure the highest standards in food safety, presentation and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proven management experience across fresh food areas such as deli, gourmet and fromagerie products

• Strong food safety knowledge, including Food Safety Supervisor Certificate or the ability to get one
