Ferguson Plarre Bakehouses is seeking a Company Store Manager for Mornington, VIC. You will lead a passionate team, deliver exceptional customer service, and run the store as if it were your own, upholding our family culture.

With a 38-hour week, weekdays and weekends, the role offers an attractive salary of 65k–75k plus Super. Full barista training is available, and we value a collaborative, upbeat approach to retail food service across our Plarre Foods family.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Business Support Manager, you will drive product quality, service, safety, cleanliness and speed standards.
• Manage store profitability and controllables with a commercial mindset.
• Train and coach team members to build a vibrant, inclusive culture.
• Deliver unbeatable customer experiences and turn transactions into personal interactions.
• Maintain efficient store systems and rostering for the right people, at the right time.
• Promote a fresh food and coffee culture to customers.
