Qualifications

• Trade qualification or at least 5 years relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of WHS and quality standards.
• Plant bakery experience essential.
• Enthusiasm, creativity and passion for baking.
• Able to work in a fast-paced food environment.
• Willingness to learn and collaborate with a team.

Responsibilities

• Produce a wide range of pastries and cakes using plant bakery equipment.
• Set up and monitor production to ensure quality and minimize waste.
• Maintain HACCP standards and shop floor safety at all times.
• Provide leadership and support to the baking team.
