Ferguson Plarre Bakehouses is seeking a Company Store Manager for Mornington, VIC. You will lead a passionate team, deliver exceptional customer service, and run the store as if it were your own, upholding our family culture.

With a 38-hour week, weekdays and weekends, the role offers an attractive salary of 65k–75k plus Super. Full barista training is available, and we value a collaborative, upbeat approach to retail food service across our Plarre Foods family.

We are now seeking an accomplished, energetic person to take the lead and manage our Company store. The opportunity is located in Mornington.

You will need to be someone that is passionate about creating a team culture, that lives and breathes exceptional customer service and is driven to deliver fresh food and coffee on the go to our customers.

We need you to be the one to set the standard and run the store like it’s your own.

THE INGREDIENTS YOU’LL NEED

Reporting to the Business Support Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Providing excellence in execution of Product Quality, Service, Safety, Cleanliness and Speed Standards.
• Driving and achieving top-line profitability and managing costs by bringing a commercial mindset to the operations of the store by managing controllables.
• Building a vibrant, energetic, and inclusive team culture by training and coaching of team members.
• Ensuring your team always deliver unbeatable customer experiences turning transactions into personal customer interactions.
• Maintaining operational excellence and efficient store systems.
• Effective rostering to ensure Right People, Right Place, Right Time.
• Promoting a fresh food and coffee culture to your customers.

BAKE THE OPPORTUNITY

This role will require you to be available to work across the store trading hours, including weekends when required.

Full barista training is available for this role.
