Job summary

Spotlight Retail Group (SRG) is seeking an experienced retail store manager to lead a high-performing team in Melbourne. You will drive customer service, sales growth and store standards while managing stock, visual merchandising, and catalogue campaigns.

The role requires ownership mindset, multi-tasking ability, and strong communication skills. Training and development opportunities are provided, with a supportive, incentives-driven culture.

• Strong retail store management experience preferred
• Time management & multi-tasking ability
• Visual merchandising and activity set-up experience
• Physically capable to work large volumes of stock
• Owner's mindset for your store

• Resilient & innovative problem solver
• Ability to review and action reporting (sales, top sellers, P&L)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• IT competency
• First Aid certified or willing to be trained (fully funded)
