Job summary

Spotlight Retail Group is seeking a dynamic leader to coordinate the full employee life cycle and build a high-performing team that delivers outstanding customer service. You will drive sales growth and support KPI targets across a busy Spotlight store.

The role requires strong visual merchandising skills, stock control, and the ability to manage high volumes while maintaining store standards. A proactive, owner’s mindset and clear communication are essential.

• Time management and multi-tasking ability.
• Visual merchandising and activity set-up experience.
• Physically capable to work large volumes of stock and set the pace.
• Owner's mindset for your store.
• Passionate attitude that inspires the team.
• Resilient and innovative problem solver.
• Ability to review and action reporting (sales, top sellers, P&L).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• IT competency.
• First Aid certified or willing to be trained (fully funded).
